No reply on queries

Our complex got fiber installed recently.

The complex had a promotion when the fiber was installed and I expressed interest with an ISP but the interactive form did not submit my application when I thought it did, as a result when I followed up, I was informed that the promotion is no longer applicable.

Now I'm unable to change to another ISP on the Vumatel portal. I have sent two queries to ********** to see how I should proceed. I have not received any reply from Vumatel yet and I have already canceled my ADSL with my current ISP.

I am concerned that this may be another case like Telkom where service is not what it should be.
