I really don't understand why vumatel as a support or even sales email address, you can send emails to those address and guess what you will get back??? yes, you guess it nothing, not even a "thank you for your email", or maybe even a "we are looking into the problem". no nothing, may as well turn those emails boxes off and save some money vumatel, that is of course what you guys are only interested in, because customers mean nothing to you.
