No one to help when you have an emergency
Disgusting client service. My internet has been down since yesterday. Been trying to get it sorted. Afrihost said I'm connected on their side and that Vuma must fix this issue. I used Vuma customer support on WhatsApp. They asked me one question then just ignored me. Pathetic. My daughter uses the net to do remote work for USA. SHE CANNOT AFFORD TO BE OFFLINE!!!!!!!! This is her JOB!
