No network since 8am

I have no network since this morning i have webafrica as and isp they the most useless since 9am im still waiting to speak to an agent on whatsapp tried calling no answer keep saying use our handy whatsapp live chat but they take days to reply but if they need to get paid very fast the isp and vumatel will send emails ans messages but to help customers they cant
