NO NETWORK COVERAGE
The router has no network. I have called thousands times and nothing is resolved. This has been going on for 8 days now and nothing is happening. I have tried all the instructions from them and still nothing is working. I have requested a technician to come to my place but no one is coming. VERY POOR SERVICE!! My patient had ran out at this moment.

07 Sept 2026, 08:47I am yet to get a response from Vumatel. What had to be the outcome on this situation. 16 days without network. My only option at this point is to cancel this and get a better service provider. You guys are useless🚮.
