My wifi is not working I have sent messages on Facebook asking for assistance and I was told to take a picture of my router I did. Then they told me they matter is taken to the queries department no one called today eventually it stopped working. I called no answer requested someone to be called back no responds till now I'm trying to work and now have to buy data. Bt come the 20th vumatel is so quick to switch my wifi off. What I'm I paying for since I don't have internet connection? U will tell me to go cal again get a ticket number whereas I buy data as well too and pay services that's not rendered to me. Do u even consider the days I spend money on data coz of ur incompetence? Come next week u want your money and don't care all the days I had to connectivity. I'm annoyed as hell and do not respond to ask me abt your ticket number is that not your job to give me when I call I'm angry u think I care abt that stupid number makes bi difference I want this thing sorted now.
