No internet with vumatel

I and so many others can't get hold of Vumatel. My service pro ider is Afrihost. Phone number doesn't exist. Their email system are full and my email is no worthy. I contacted many people that I hope is stil with vumatel. I am without internet, in the meantime I'm paying a lot for it and couldn't do my work because of the lack of wifi. I sit for almost 4 hours with Afrihost and getting nowhere. I'm very frustrated
