Please be advised that your first point of contact when you have an issue relating to your connection is your ISP (internet service provider). This is a crucial step as they will assist with troubleshooting on their end and vetting if the connection is related to the fibre provider(us), if the issue is fibre-related then a Vumatel ticket will be logged. Kindly reach out to your ISP.
Your billing relationship exists with your ISP. Therefore, any billing or invoicing issues can be directed to them. We are an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure.
Kind regards
The Vuma Team.
