No internet since the 25th of June 2025

I've been sitting without internet since the 25th of June, I phoned them and they told me to reboot the router and check if there are broken cables around and switching off the router for few minutes but it never worked. They logged on my complaint and promised to send a technician to check in two days time, up till today no one has come. My email address is *** and the complaint log number they gave me is ***6
