No internet service provider

Vuma broke our internet connection 3 days ago by installing a new connection into a neighbors' house. I would expect existing customers get preference when it comes to who gets internet. Now instead of disconnecting the new connection, I have to wait to have my fiber reinstalled into my house for the 3rd time.
