No internet service for a week and vumatel thinks this is acceptable
The service from Vumatel is not even worth 1 star. I have been without internet since Tues 08 Nov 22. I am trying to get the line released and nobody can assist me in any way. this morning we received a notification that it will only be resolved on the 15th. Which means we will have not internet for an entire week. I would just love to find out what on earth is going on and how anyone can think that been without internet for an entire week is acceptable and is OK?

My question is why vodacom have released the line and it is taking you until only the 15th to process and in the meantime we don't have any internet with the blame going from pillar to post and we are suffering as a paying consumer. Service is unbelievable bad. You have caused me untold amount of stress and anxiety and nobody cares enough to sort anything out for you

14 Nov 2022, 09:22I think it was released on Friday evening, surely you are in a better position to confirm if this is done or not as you can see on your side. It takes me 30min just to get through to Vodacom and the correct person to confirm this and don't have the energy to deal with this after the service i have received from both side. I have been without internet for a week now and still fighting about who needs to do what. Between Vumatel and Vodacom someone is not doing there job and me as a customer is taking the full burden of this. I'm so tiered of hearing my apologies for the inconvenience and still no rectification of the issue.

15 Nov 2022, 08:36What on earth is happening!!!!!! still no internet still no reply from anyone with regards to this matter. Clearly shows you should not be in the service industry and you don't know what is going on. Line is supposed to be released and still nothing.
