No internet & no service from vumatel

My wifi is off from friday 32/1/2025. Got it logged with my ISP MWB***3. They logged it with vumatelTicket Acknowledgment from your ISP ***3 from Mweb, that was lodged with Vuma on 2025/02/01. They say it is resolved, but I still dont have internet. Saturday @04:14 vuma deducted my subscription, yet im still not connected. I need to work from home on the internet but cant do any work.
