No internet for 8 days no refund and no feedback

Vumatel is not assisting to fix my wifi router and neither are they refunding me the 8 days that I have been without wifi. Their service delivery is of no standard and I am really disappointed that it is taking this long when I have made it clear that I work remotely and urgently need the internet line to be tended to. This is not the first time I am having issues with Vumatel..
