no internet for 5 days now

Useless service..but you are quick to debit accounts. My modem is still flashing RED and instead of fixing it you asking me for a ticket number... how am i suppose to report fault without an internet connection? I had to load little data onto my sim in order to post here.... JUST FIX YOUR ISSUE OR REFUND MY MONEY NOW. Im tired of your service.
