No internet for 5 days

No internet for the past 5 days ticket #220112 reported to webafrica they are no help all they keep sending are emails of escalation. I’m a nursing student writing mid terms I need the internet but I’m forced to spend more more going to restaurants for internet, this is not the first time very poor and would nii I t recommend them to anyone poor service
