no internet for 2 weeks

i had a 20 mbps premium fibre line and downgraded it to 4 mbps premium fibre.

ever since the downgrade i have had 0 internet access for 2 weeks from 5 march till 16 march and it is still ongoing.

on monday 5 march i told them of my problem and they told me to activate the fibre but i had no internet access to do it, then one person told me it was the line and another told me the line was fine, then they decided the cep needed to be configured, which they failed to do.

on monday 12 march they decided to send 3 technicians that didnt know what to do, they were asking me even though they were suppose to know themselves, finally they decided to phone head office so it could be configured (now it's the 2nd time they would be doing this) then they decided to leave, i asked them if they would phone me and they assured they would, they never did and my cep was never configured.

tuesday 13 march came around and they decided to send it for provisioning, from tuesday 13 march from 09:00 in the morning till friday 16 march at 16:00, they still say it needs provisioning, i keep being told people will phone me back for 2 weeks from vuma to sort the problem and they always promise to phone me back, not one person has phoned back, i spoke to steve, khabelo, tebego and wandile and all of them didnt phone me back, apparently the configuration keeps failing and as soon as it fails they just leave it and hope it will fix itself.

everytime i have to phone them as they never phone back and i have no help from the people i am talking to, they just look at my ticket and see that it needs provisioning.

the ticket number is 50858 and it states it will be fixed within 24-48 hours , it is now over 200 hours since it has been looked and it is still not fixed.

problem is they have told me for 1 and a half weeks now they will escalate it and make it first priority even, so what guarantee do i have now that it will be fixed today, or ever and that someone will get back to me?
