NO internet for 2 days!!!! No fix in sight.

Yesterday we discovered that our internet is down. We called Mweb who said the problem is with Vumatel and they will log a complaint with them. When we called this morning, Mweb says that Vumatel said there is no issue on their side and Mweb is adamant issue is not with them. After numerous troubleshooting they have now contacted Vumatel again to advise there is indeed an issue on their end.

So now we have to wait again to have Vumatel say its not an issue on their end. So Mweb doesnt know, Vumatel doesnt know, so who's gonna get my internet line up and running?????? This is the reference number I have 199214
