No Internet

I have moved house on the 29th of may and notified afrihost that i will be moving 2 weeks prior, the line was migrated however the internet is not yet activated. Apparently vuma is not taking accountability for queries logged to them, the tickets keep getting closed with no feedback. I have been calling afrihost and vuma since monday and all i am told is they are escalating however there is no resolution in sight. Its now sunday and i still dont have connectivity or a reason why. This is totally frustrating, i work from home and are heavily dependent on having internet connection.
