No internet connection for 5 days and no feedback

I don't even this you people deserve any stars It's been 5 days and web Africa has logged faults and still no response from Vumatel. How pathetic and disgusting service. I will never recommend u guys to anyone.. Disappointed in the level of service you have provided to a paying customer. I have now. Considering to cancel this service.
