No Internet Connection
I haven’t had internet connection since 26 April 2024. They don’t want to come to my area to fix the fault but also will not reimburse for the downtime. I have to buy data everyday to attend virtual meetings yet I have paid for fibre that doesn’t work. If this isn’t fixed by Friday I am cancelling my wifi. This is the second time I am experiencing this this year.

07 May 2024, 20:40Has anyone tried to troubleshoot my wifi or assist me virtually before determining if a technician has to be sent to the property? Because the router is on the lights are green and nothing is flashing red. I have not been contacted by anyone from Vuma to explain what the issue may be all I was told was that your technicians have my ticket, that was 5 days ago
