No internet connection and no communication from vumatel or webafrica
We haven’t had internet since the 14th April and when we check on vumatel network status it says that there is internet and on WebAfrica says that there is an outage. Which one should we believe and why haven’t we have any update on what is happening with our internet connection? What is going on?

16 Apr 2026, 10:44Why only Khayelitsha and not other areas, because Mitchell’s Plain is just as bad and yet they receive services. There are police and law enforcement escorts that Vuma can use, you just want to take our money and hide behind Khayelitsha unrest yet you operate in other places.
