NO INTERNET CONNECTION

Goodness me ,do l not regret moving from Rain to Vumatel.I have never seen such lousy pathetic service .Vumatel ...lm just defeated by your service. You dump your router and u debit my account and nothing connects .I have been sent from post to pillar and nobody knows how to detect or fix their connection problem. Unapologetically they will still sent messages that they have resolved ,but they don't resolve anything. I have requested for technicians to come on site to check their devices but nothing, nobody cares to respond..Vumatel is chillexing just waiting for their next debit order... I'm a new client and l regret subscribing to Vumatel Fibre
