no internet

i have been down with no internet now for 48hrs. i cant seem to get any feedback from VOX or Vumatel. i am working from home and i need the service to work. customer service is not up to scratch. you phone the call Centre and the voice prompt says they don't take calls since April 2021. convenient don't you recon.
