No internet and no communication!!

Since Friday I have had no connection in Aldarapark. Apparently Vumatel has a problem in Randburg and Ferndale and are attending to the issue. No feedback but apparently a 48 - 72 working hour SLA (working hours????) when one is paying amongst the highest rates in the world for internet connection we are provided with a pathetic inadequate service. This "service" should be 24/7/365.
