No internet

Giving a one star is being generous, this service is beyond bad , have been waiting since Friday for an update and an ETA for our line to be fixed, Accelerit states that vumatel is busy with maintenance, but no communication or any sorts this is beyond bad and i am looking at further options to take this further and higher we are a telecom’s company ourselves and even we know how terrible vumatel service is now , the contact numbers dont even go through!!

I want this sorted now !!
