No internet

The Vumatel guys came to our office and did the installation but there is no connection. We let them know about the problem and they said that the technicians have a lot of work in our area so they will come out to fix the problem. Meanwhile our old ADSL line has been disconnected because we we're supposed to have fibre . This means we've been sitting without internet for about 5 days and the bussiness is suffering because of this. I probably won't be able to recommend Vumatel to other people.
