No installation yet 2 and a half months later

Hi Vumatel, it has been 2 and a half months since we app**** for installation. No installation service and no response to our telephonic queries. This afternoon we tried to phone and no one answered.

We are stuck with Vumatel because you own the infrastructure in our complex. We are now sitting with huge mobile data costs because we had our Telkom line shut down at the beginning of last month (one has to give one month notice) because we assumed Vumatel would have installed by now.

Please sort this out.
