No Installation was Done but Vumatel saying Activation Complete : ***** ongoing with my Account

I am so angry with this ****mers yesterday the installers came in my house to try and install the fibre i order from Vodacom they couldn’t due to the street box for fibre being full. They left without doing anything after 30min i received email saying installation is complete bare in mind they didn’t do anything not even leaving any equipment at my house but now the activation is complete that is ***** i call my ISP they said Vumatel are saying they have completed the installation i should check with them i call Vumatel explain the issue they keep saying i should wait bare in mind whenever i login in my portal it says 30Day remaining and that mean it active. Is VumaTel a ****mer now or they are doing ***** with our money because i paid but i never received anything at my house yet u saying it active
