No Installation in 21 days - OR Ever Helderkruin/Wilropark

Vumatel - Giving you one star is actually too much of a compliment.

I have been waiting for 21 days now for you to start my fiber installation. I found out yesterday that my order was canceled(no one can confirm by whom) and that I need to re-apply which could take another 3 - 5 weeks to complete the installation. This was not communicated to me by anyone from Vumatel. This is not acceptable and I expect an answer by tomorrow morning how you will rectify this. Your staff in the contact center is *********** and their only answer is they cant help and that I need to apply again.

If this is the service you are willing to give, I urge the community of Helderkruin and Wilropark not to sign up with you!!

I await your answer if I'm going to get any.
