No installation for 3 weeks

I ordered a service on the 25th of April 2023. PAID but since then I've been receiving the run around for installation. Its now the 10th of May and in less than 15 days the debit will go off but for a service I havent even received as yet.

Then they said we must call *** to schedule an appointment for installation and these people keep saying they cant find the address on their systems or they will call me back which they never have. Honestly I want a refund coz this is a *** service, I'd rather use another provider coz wow this is unheard of.
