No installation for 2weeks!!!!!!!!

I cannot explain the horrible service I have received from Vuma. I signed up 2 weeks Ago and paid same day as the agent said. She said we will receive a call for installation. I have been waiting for a call for 2weeks, nothing.

I have tried calling them, the phone never goes through , you just get an automated machine!!!

Vuma I want my Money Back!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
