No installation and no service delivered for a fault logged
I have been waiting for installation since the beginning of May. I took out an additional line for my 2nd property and was advised that the installation will be done by the 9th of May the latest. Now it's almost a month later and none of that happened.
My initial property has been down since the 30th May and I contacted my ISP for logging the fault but there's nothing from Vumatel. It's now a week later and there's no sin of Vumatel coming to fix the issue. You people take your customers for a "****". Too quick to debit the funds but take forever to deliver the services.
