No installation after payment was made a year ago

Fibre preordered in DECEMBER 2021 it’s November 2022 now and I still don’t have an installation done. The agent uploaded an addresses in Cape Town and I’m in Durban I have been trying to correct that. Today I was told on top of the amount I already paid of R399 I have to pay a further amount and my initial payment will be credited for the next month ,when I check my account there is no credit AND I STILL DONT HAVE WIFI
