No information or communication on a fault on Vumatel fibre line.

Since Friday 24th of January 2025 fibre is down in the Bonnie Brae area, phoned 1st on Saterday and the consultant said their technical team is working on a problem in the area, Phoned Sunday morning and the consultant said there's a note that their technicians is still busy with a problem in the area, it's now Sunday evening and still no Internet, wish they never installed the backbone in Bonnie Brae area, best is no communication on X, Facebook or any platform, explaining what is the problem or when it will be rectified. Can't believe it takes more than 2 days to find and sort out a problem, surely can't take that long to Splice a faulty fibre cable.
