No help in updating payment details...site down

Unfortunately it's another bad review...have been trying to update my payment details on vuma but their site is not working,it's been over 24 hours and I'm not receiving any help,was with Webafrica on whatsapp for over 3 hours with their consultant disappearing with little or no explanation,she kept sending me the link and I kept telling her it's not working. Vuma support is always down,when you call them they hardly pick up,they give you an option to leave your details so they can call you back but they never do. For the past 3 months I have received nothing but incompetence from Vuma service and I'm extremely unhappy about this. I have been disconnected because I can't update my payment details and all this is costing me time and money in airtime and data. No correspondence whatsoever as to what's going on 😒
