No help

According to webafrica agents vumatel won't grant an early release of an active line of a previous tenant. I am not able to work from home as I cannot get Fibre service in my name at my permanent residence. I do not know who is lying vumatel or webafrica.i am at a loss of everything, money and absolutely patience. Everybody that hears my story cannot believe the no service I am getting.
