NO GOOD SERVICE AND STILL WAITING FOR INSTALLATION

HI IT SHOULDNT BE GETTING A STAR AT ALL. I'm writing on behalf of my mother Annah Monareng who paid for the installation and service its been 14 days we still waiting for them to come and install, she has been communicating with them ever since but its like they give excuses 1 after the other. i called the head office number today, after explaining everything to them they hangup the phone.
