NO fibre working after waiting for so long

I have ordered fiber with Vumatel and they came to install the line. Mind you i cancelled my LTE advanced with telkom because i tried to get fiber. Now i still don't have fiber and i still don't have internet. I had so many tickets that have been closed. I have contacted countless times. They sent someone to check and they all leave without resolving anything. This is the worse company to be associated with and i regret cancelling my contract with Telkom. Now i have no internet for over a month waiting for them. Never again will i choose or recommend Vumatel. Useless.
