No fibre network coverage

No fibre network in Trenance manor, Phoenix for about a week. All that webafrica bot says that coverage is down and Vumatel is working on it. No agents to help on the WhatsApp platform. We need to be reimbursed for the loss of coverage. Lack of service from Vumatel and webafrica.
