No fibre connection to the home for 6 days.

I have been without fibre connection for 5 days. In fact, this is in the Observatory area. It is not just me. I have loged a call on Thursday, followed up yesterday and was promised that the fault will be sorted out within 24 hours I have no recourse and will obviously have to pay my full monthly fee. Tomorrow is Christmas, I have no idea when rhe problem will be solved. I am working from home over the holidays and it is crucial that my connection gets fixed.
