No fibre connection for over a week
No fibre connection in our complex (in Weltevreden park, Jhb) since Wednesday 02/11/2022. Various excuses from vumatel blaming everyone except themselves. Some units get a connection for a few minutes every few days. Vumatel are not updating their clients. Unacceptable. No internet connection has a huge implication for people including myself who work from home. Every media platform I have contacted, the vuma representative who responds has a different excuse which just proves that no one actually knows what is going on.

It's strange how others in our area are on fibre with no issues but our complex is down yet you say it's an area issue.
