No fibre connection

Vumatel sorts out the infrastructure for supersonic my wifi logger has been showing off for more the 24 hours I called the infrastructure provider Vumatel and told they cannot assist me and I need to call Supersonic whereby supersonic says i need to call Vumatel this up and down for what?!! Please get your processes in order very frustrating to pay for a service where no one knows what they are doing
