No fiber, half connection

Disgusting service, trying to call and resolve my problem only to get cut off. Sent numerous emails still no contact made. WhatsApp and that takes evens longer.

Technicians connected my finer halfway and said the job is done wires still laying loose in the connection point.

No way to reach anyone to help and resolve, 5 days later but ticket closed and resolved
