NO FEEDBACK/FIBRE LINE DOWN FOR DAYS

My fibre line has been down since 24 Aug, Vodacom logged ticket with vumatel but today i got news that vumatel resolved the issue,ticket closed but no one came to fix my line.Both Vodacom & vumatel are useless.NEVER EVER TAKE FIBRE WITH BOTH.

Most frustrating thing is that I can't communicate with vumatel directly, Vodacom consultants keep escalating, telling me that someone will contact me, no one ever does, i always have to follow up. AGAIN, BE WARNED DO NOT TAKE FIBRE WITH Vodacom and vumatel
