No ETA

For the last week I have had no connection, the ISP has been uninformative but what I do know is that it is a Vumatel issue, I get that maintenance and upgrades to a network need to be made but not informing the ISP or the client on the estimated time that it might take is just lazy. It frustrates me because I am not sure if the connection will be restored today or ****** next year.
