No dome joints installed yet!

On Wednesday, I received a call and they stated that the maintenance guys are at my area currently while I was on the phone and they are installing dome joints…. But surprisingly I haven’t see any Vumatel guys installing dome joints in my area.

I just have a feeling that I’m being told stories all the time and I have made a payment on the 28th of June 2021.

I know that you have scheduled to come and install the fibre in my place next week Wednesday at 8am, but when are those dome joints going to be spliced/installed?

Please advise ASAP because I don’t want the installation guys to tell me that “there’s no dome joint so we cannot proceed with installation….” for the third time!!!

I’m tired of waiting honestly and this infrastructure is still new in our area but your service delivery is poor already guys. Please pull up your socks.

We have been supporting Vuma project in our area even though other people were do negative about this project and now you proving them right of what they were saying about Vumatel’s service?… so dissapointed
