NO delivery and NO response

5 weeks, several emails and calls later and still nothing! All we need is to activate an existing line, but this seems to be mission impossible with Vumatel (and their partners Afrihost and Cool Ideas, who keep passing the buck around). Shocking that this is their core offering, and we cannot get connected... very sad!
