No customer service

These guys are really useless, they sent someone to my house, to find out what the problems are, and it is still not resolved. They admitted everyone is having the same issue with there payfast system, and absolutely nothing has been done. We still without internet the infrastructure was rather pointless, if you can't manage your infrastructure or provide customer service, then sell your business to a European company that can. I have never seen such a shocking level of customer service.
