No customer service

I’ve been sitting without internet for 3 days, they only phone me after 5 on the 3rd day to arrange a technician come the following day at 10. I tell them I work, they don’t care. They say they do not have technicians after hours and can only help on Saterday if the have technicians. That 4 days later. They do not care about service just collecting money. Worst customer sercive. I also had to to follow up for 3 days for Vumatel to call me. They are the worst.
