No customer care

Service is really pathetic, Vumatel has been making me run from pillar to post, app**** with them on the 13th of september, until today i am still not assisted. No feedback. i have called them numerous times, only for them to make me hold for more than 10min with no assistance. they have been requesting things i have already shared with them on the day of my application. Only today i find out after calling them twice that apparently the previous tenant needs to be disconnected for me to be activated, but why does that have to affect me?? I mean now i have to go another week with no connection due to someone i don't even know??? this is crazy business, your service is pathetic, unprofessional and useless.
